巣みつというものを初めて食べました。 巣みつというものがそういうものなのか分かりませんが、説明にあったように、丹念にこだわりを持って作られてるのを感じました。 口の中にどうしても残ってしまう巣殻みたいな物は、やはり食べにくく出してしまいますが、口に入れた瞬間のサクサク感は意外といけます。 貴重なものを口にでき、毎日少しづつありがたく頂いてます。 とても上品な味に驚きました。 こんなおいしい蜂蜜は初めてです。甘すぎずほんのり豊かな香りとともに口の中で溶けていく感じです。
