説明文は英語のみでした。 ウォーキングで使用していますが、とっても軽く、なんの負担も感じないし、風量も３段階で涼しいです。 もっと風が欲しい時は、手で持って近づけています。 ただ、家の中で使用する時は、モーター音がとても気になります。 付属のUSBケーブルを差し込んだところ、青ランプが点灯していてすぐ使用できました。
