Planned activities:
- IT will be verifying the redundancy solution implemented for our phone system under different outage scenarios
Scope of impacts:
- A brief interruption is expected for the phone services listed below during the disabling and re-enabling of the primary services:
- Desk phone, softphone, mobile app, PWT (wireless phone) and lobby phones
- Intercom communication to the nursing station
- Phone services at CPS remote offices and YHGT management office
- Nursecall signal will send to LED panel and pager, not PWT
- Inbound and outbound local and long-distance calls
- Overhead paging with desk phone or PWT
- Remote doors open with desk phone or PWT
- 4-digit extensions dialing
- Voicemail
- Auto-Attendance
