Planned phone system maintenance on July 8th

Please review the following details for our upcoming phone system maintenance:

• Date: July 8th, 2023
• Start time: 10:00 AM
• Estimated end time: 2:00 PM

Planned activities:

• IT will be verifying the redundancy solution implemented for our phone system under different outage scenarios

Scope of impacts:

• A brief interruption is expected for the phone services listed below during the disabling and re-enabling of the primary services:
  • Desk phone, softphone, mobile app, PWT (wireless phone) and lobby phones
  • Intercom communication to the nursing station
  • Phone services at CPS remote offices and YHGT management office
  • Nursecall signal will send to LED panel and pager, not PWT
  • Inbound and outbound local and long-distance calls
  • Overhead paging with desk phone or PWT
  • Remote doors open with desk phone or PWT
  • 4-digit extensions dialing
  • Voicemail
  • Auto-Attendance
